@Delta 6) you are supposed to set the gold standard where service is concerned. No flights, no hotels, no vouchers, no cots or blankets, and no kindness. Not a good look, I hope you take all the complaints you’re receiving seriously and reach out to your customers.
@Delta 5) to add insult to injury, the person working the baggage desk got on the intercom and lectured people for wanting THEIR BAGS. While some of this can be chalked up to a perfect storm of horrible circumstances, I am so shocked at the poor level of customer service

I recognize this is a lot for your employees, it’s a lot for your paying customers as well.
@Delta 3) I stayed up all night hoping to get my stuff because at this point I have no idea when I’m actually leaving Minneapolis. People came BACK at 6:30 this morning after being instructed to do so
@delta 2) after waiting in the baggage line for 2 hours last night to recover my gate checked bag (the LAST time I ever do that) I was told I needed to come back at 6:30am because they weren’t taking anymore requests
@Delta 1) the customer service situation is unraveling rapidly at MSP. I don’t even have the worst of it but so far I have had 2 cancelled flights, zero help with hotels, zero help with vouchers of any kind.
@KOINNews I probably haven’t read as throughly as I should, but is the issue splitting tips with asst managers who are often hourly employees? I always thought that assistant managers could receive tips but salaried managers could not.
I don’t know if it was the 15 hours in the car, the 4 hours of sleep, the panic attack, the two shows, the lack of food or the random sobfest but it all culminated into me whispering to myself, insanely, as I finally crawled into bed “pants off dance off, bitch”

@ChesterCheetah I would like extra toasted cheetos. Like they do with Cheezits. Every time I’ve had a little burnt boy at the bottom of the bag, it’s made me unreasonably happy. Please. Give us all the burnt bois.
