If I order an item that is over £4.30 and it’s not available why am I only entitled to a refund of £2.45
I’m actually paying £1.85 to not get my item.
Why is this?

@JustEatUK why can we not speak to a person when we want to complain. I’ve received someone else’s order from a different place and if I say something is wrong I can’t get a full refund. I shouldn’t be out of pocket at all for not getting any of what I ordered.

Years ago I had a holiday booked with Butlins and on our date to travel my daughter was hospitalised. I called Butlins as I had paid for insurance with them but they don’t offer refunds if cancelling in last 28 days.

@McDonaldsUK I ordered a breakfast this morning for click and serve but it was never taken out to me. I sent a query through online assistant but half the query has disappeared and no follow up yet. What do I do?

@McDonaldsUK how long roughly should it take to get a click and serve order? Currently waiting nearly 20 mins, no other people on click and serve but seen 2 deliveries picked up and 7 people gone through drive through while I’ve been waiting.

@TalkTalk We haven’t had an online account because this is the first time we have had any communication from Talk Talk providing an account number. This is the first communication we have had since migrating from Shell so should have been given more time to pay.

@HalifaxBank my dad is having problems trying to stop online statements and change to paper. He’s been into branch 3 times to complain and then gets told it’s changed to paper so no complaint to log but he keeps getting online statements only. What can he do?

@JustEatUK why do you not have an option for only asking for a partial refund of meal deals. I’ve paid extra for a full size bottle of drink in a meal deal but only got standard size. But when I say there is an issue you say I’m asking for the full meal price which isn’t the case

@OVOEnergy I sent the below tweet in May 2023, today my dad has received a letter from OVO and guess what - it’s in normal print. A complaint handler assured us that all departments MUST check the PSR before sending communication. Why are they NOT doing this. Appalling service 🤬

@OVOEnergy how many times do you need to be told that all communication needs to be sent in large print before you will follow through with this. My dad has been on the priority services register since September 2022 and all letters are still being sent in normal print.
