Really disappointing service from @ticketek_uk I purchased the ‘refund’ option when buying @mcflymusic vs @Busted tickets. But apparently my due date being the day after the 02 gig isn’t a good enough reason for needing a refund…So now we lose our money & can’t sell the tickets

Excited to get an email about my #coronationconcert tickets, but oh, so the ballot for the #tickets, wasn’t a ballot! It was a ballot to join a queue for @Ticketmaster to be told there are no tickets available! What a con! A marketing ploy by #ticketmaster!?Another shambles!

@PearsonEdexcel I am trying to contact you about my contract for marking this summer. I fill in the online form with all details then it says ‘problem with single sign on, contact salesforce admin’ I have no idea what this means! Impossible to contact you.

@parcelforce where is my package? Says it was delivered to Norwich depot on Saturday. I stated my home address and had a text message confirming this! No delivery attempt was made.

@ALWCinderella Cancelling a show at 1.30pm was not good enough! We travelled for hours, spent 4.5 hours stuck on the m11, to arrive at the theatre to be told the show was cancelled. Why are your staff testing so late!? How can you reopen on Monday?

@BumbleWard @VictoriaPlumUK I managed to get through online after hours of sitting in queues. Make sure your phone doesn’t refresh though because you get cut off and have to start again! Nightmare
