They’re gonna be competitive still at the trade deadline and most likely in the playoff hunt by the end of the season. Any trading of assets won’t be until black Monday

@guiley_jack I think it’ll be good either way- the only way Ballard gets another contract is a deep playoff run (looking more and more unlikely). If Indy goes another route, the next GM will have a decent amount of talent to either trade away or build around

@coltscubscats @Redbeard_FB He also has been primarily taking late first round/ second round players as those are the “best” players/prospects he’s been able to take. Hit rate around the league for late first/second round edge players is abysmal. Most legit guys are taken in the top half of the 1st round
