I’m so incredibly honoured to have been elected as the Women’s Officer for the National Union of Students for 2025!
I’m very much looking forward to collaborating with and advocating for tertiary women students! 💝

@goodfoodgal I run through all the different measures of why it was a landslide win in this post. It was clearly a landslide by all measures used in the past to define landslides. https://t.co/41yKWiCJru
Good morning everyone! We're back for Day 3 of EdCon, in some despicable weather. We're beginning with a plenary run by Ellie Venning, the Women's Officer, about Diversity in Education. #nusedcon25
You can’t make this stuff up…
After losing the seat of Sturt, there are now James Stevens bags littered on a local main road!
It’s a traffic accident waiting to happen on North Tce in Kent Town.

Analysis by @NUSWomens shows that women are still the minority of political candidates, just 37.6% from across the country.
Disappointingly, just 31% of Liberal candidates are women, compared to 55% of Labor candidates.
It’s been five years since I joined Twitter, and what was a platform for quick and easy information and content that I used regularly is now a platform I’ve turned off my notifications for and is full of unwanted vitriol…

@ViJaRada@oxfoxoxfox@sweetmxcha 😂😂😂
Tell that to the Uni Adelaide students that were disqualified because they wore Victorian Socialist merchandise during student election week (against UoA rules)
And please actually read the Highers Education Support Amendment (Student Services and Funding) Act 2011!
@oxfoxoxfox@sweetmxcha Ahhh yes whenever you disagree with someone (or struggle to actually understand rules and facts) call them a dimwit, that’s a great idea…
