@LNER Thank you for your informative response. Unfortunately this was not put in to practice on my journey today and for that reason will be reluctant to travel with LNER again. I hope you find my feedback helpful. Regards.
@LNER who is enforcing the “quiet coach” rule? I will not be using your services again after obvious violation to the “quiet coach” code of conduct. I thought it was meant to be quiet #LNER#quietcoach#disappointing
@LNER I understand and will do so. However this is also an issue of general policy. Who is responsible for enforcing the “quiet coach” rule? Is it the passengers like me? Or should it be train staff? What is your policy please?
Please, @LNER sort this “quiet coach” out!! 18:30 Edinburgh to London! I booked the quiet coach specifically because I thought it would be quiet!! #LNER#Disappointing#quietcoach
@LNER Also, there are several passengers who have used explicit language that is not appropriate for public tranasport. Who enforces the “quiet coach” rule? And if no one, what is the point in advertising the quiet coach as a viable option? #LNER#disappointing#swearing
@LNER Please can you enforce your “quiet coach” rule on the 18:30 Edinburgh to London Kings Cross. There are people talking loudly in seats B 27 and 29 and have also been people talking on their phones throughout the journey. Very disappointing #LNER#Disappointing#quietcoach
Not @Team_Muirhead's day today as Sweden head through to the final.
Do not fear though the girls will return tomorrow morning for the 🥉medal match.
