First things first: there is NO regulation, policy or restriction that will ever stop the Pentagon press corps from reporting the news. Months of your restrictions and the scoops keep coming. Are reporters security risks? You have screening methods already. Have you applied that to the favored reporters you allow in? Somehow I am going to guess your new policy may not be what the judge had in mind. You really will NEVER stifle the most talented press corps ever seen in DC.
