@financialombuds I switched pet insurer to @AFPetInsurance from @PetplanUK . Dog fallen unwell. Both insurers refusing to accept any responsibility. Dog has been insured all his life. I have paid over £5k in pet insurance over his life and never claimed #pleasehelp #insurance
