@virginmedia It is mainly through WiFi but I also did connect a wire to which it was an even worse download speed ( 1.33Mbps ) test results always read good on wifi an wire ( through the Xbox ) but don’t actually preform any where near the results, if you could direct message me i have videos

@virginmedia Haven’t checked today but I’ve never had anything really over 50/60Mbps that’s consistent when downloading it’s always fluctuating an I believe we’re paying for 110Mps... also I’m constantly disconnected though out my time on consoles ( also before this lock down too )
