@StarbucksUK really disappointed that after purchasing a gift card for someone's birthday, the same store I purchased it from can't use the gift card (Asda, Lancaster) and he had to spend his own money. Really let down!

@NatWest_Help I need to cancel/block a regular payment from my account. It isn't a direct debit/standing order as the card gets charged directly. The business has gone AWOL and service isn't being received but I have no way of contacting them to confirm to not charge my card.

Our internet stability has been absolutely shocking since you told us fibre was now available. Really not happy to be held over a barrel to have to upgrade, then have to pay an uplifted setup cost on top of this
