‘10% of those over 65 and 50% of those over 85 live with frailty. It can be slowed or reversed with the right prevention and care, improving the quality of life for older people.’ @JKDhesi BGS President Elect supports this collection on frailty from the @NIHRresearch
@Fredrick_MD__ I think you have missed the point or have an auto reply on. We didn't have a flight cancelled, we have decided not to book with you because of your seating policy. It would make a flight with young kids even more stressful.
@TUIUK please sort your seat booking policy. Don't allow bookings that leave an empty window seat (even if you pay to select seats). As a family of 5 this forces us to have a toddler climbing over a poor person in the aisle seat when they decide they want the other parent.
The SHED study is published! Thanks to the 100s of contributors around the UK...
This paper raises a lot of questions - how will it influence your work? What post test probability of SAH and aneurysmal SAH are you, and your patients, comfortable with?

We said goodbye to Basil on Monday after 17 years of snuggles. In my son's words, she was the best cat ever. It is amazing the impact pets can have and it has left a big hole in our family.
Mental Health Care in Paramedic Practice is the first #guide written for #paramedics to support their understanding of different #mentalhealth conditions.
"This is a difficult subject and it's nice to finally have a text written by paramedics, for paramedics" - Ash Hanson, Lecturer, @CanterburyCCUni.

Thanks for inviting me to talk at this workshop. It was a great day and plenty of food for thought for how #robotics, health and social care can work together to improve the wellbeing of older people.
