@marksandspencer I’ve been sent a parking ticket for being over an hour in your West Wickham branch. Disgusting - you have changed the maximum stay from 90 mins to 60 and this change was not clearly advertised. On that particular day (a weekend so busy) (1/2)

@marksandspencer I also want to point out what looks like just a sticker has been put over the previous sign to highlight the change from 90 mins to 60 mins, so no clear/big signage that 60 mins is the new maximum. With Xmas in a few weeks, I’m sure many of your customers who will spend £100s 2/3
