I have some advice for young men newly employed,
When you get employed:
• Be grateful to God, your parents, your mentors and your boss for this opportunity
• Work hard
• Respect your employer
• Adhere to your employer's rules and protocols
• Embrace the mission and vision of the employer
However, if working for your employer becomes unbearable due to other reasons,
• Quit respectfully
• Follow the procedures of quitting as written in your contract or employment letter
• Return your employer's resources in your custody
• Handover politely and thank your employer for giving you an opportunity
• Leave with a clean conscience
Don't be chaotic, abusive and contemptuous on your way out.
Don't think you are smarter than your employer.
The employer you are disrespecting gave you a livelihood when you were seeking a footing and direction.
The employer may not have paid you to your satisfaction, but be polite.
Don't go bad mouthing your employer, speaking nastily, and broadcasting your foul mouth while disclosing what is considered private policies, programs, products or services of your former workplace.
Leave courteously.
This way, you open room for better opportunities, newer networks and better leverage.
Don't be a rude employee. Other employers will fear giving you opportunities in the future because they don't trust you.
Be courteous when you close the door behind you, the universe will be kind to you on your way out.
If you are a Kenyan,
You must have seen a sustained narrative claiming that your president and his deputy are at loggerheads.
They are NOT.
You must have heard that the president is persecuting his deputy just the same way the former president was at loggerheads with his deputy.
They were not.
Here is the thing,
The system keeps you in a sustained political debate.
This artificial conundrum is designed to distract you and vex your spirits.
This debate is meant to sow divisions among citizens.
The system thrives in confusion, division and distraction.
Listen,
The social stratum has the wealthy, the middle class and the poor.
The poor are busy looking for survival, they have little time for political correctness.
The wealthy are busy looking after their wealth by funding politicians to write legislation that will continue making them wealthier.
The crux of the matter is in the middle class where you and I sit.
These are the pawns of the game. They are educated but are idiots.
They are the ones who go to the queue for voting. (The poor don't vote unless induced by money).
The middle class are the noise decibels.
They are the donkeys that work hard to feed the rich. They are heavily taxed.
They are the fools thrown into a heated circus to hate each other, create divisions and distract themselves.
They claim to be learned but cannot decipher the political con game.
The middle class are the ones with big televisions, smartphones and computers. It is here the rich pay the media to sow seeds of confusion and distraction.
It is only a foolish Kenyan who thinks the political crooks from both ends of the political divide don't meet privately to laugh at how they have divided the masses.
It is only a foolish citizen who thinks politicians serve them.
They don't and will never.
Politicians serve
• The World Bank
• World Economic Forum
• IMF
• USAID
• UKAID
• America
• Britain
Refuse to be drawn into imaginary conflicts.
Focus on your goals.
Mobilize your energies.
Politicians won't save you. They are part of the problem.

Foolishness is correctly defined as a lack of wisdom.
Example:
Selling your 3 acres of land to bribe your way into the military, then spend years in the military living in a government house, then retire on a 50 x 100 plot in the city.
Lack of wisdom.
M-KOPA, M-SOLAR, M-BODA: MODERN-DAY COLONIALISM.
I met a senior county officer who works in the Revenue Department.
He began telling me how the County Government has not paid salaries for 2 months and how people are suffering.
He told me he is 46 years old, having worked for the Government for 21 years.
All this time, I joined his jeremiad, nodding in agreement while validating his disgust for the Governor.
He didn't know I was Amerix, so the chat went on and on.
After our chat, he requested that I pay for his M-Kopa subscription, which he had defaulted on for 4 days.
I asked him why he had defaulted, and he said he was broke.
I paid for him.
Then, I left.
I didn't want to ask him anything about the phone.
But, it is here I learnt that the M-Kopa slavery is so deep that it will take decades to unplug the masses from this subtle tool of control.
M-KOPA (and such models) is modern-day slavery.
The difference with the 18th-century slavery is that while the ancient slaves were in chains, modern slavery happens in the most powerful land. — THE MIND.
— and the modern slave masters don't use whips.
They use attention, desire and dopamine-triggering flicks.
They no longer put you in the chains of Amistad, but in the chains of debt.
WAKE UP!
Women are brutal when it comes to punishing weak men.
They don't flinch.
When you compromise your values to please a woman, you become a servant, and women hate servants.
You think you are wowing her, and you think she will like you. She won't.
She will treat you with contempt.
If you continue ignoring the signs of contempt, she will stab you when you least expect it.
She will drive the knife deep into your flesh, and when you continue begging, she twists the knife deeper into your bones.
But here is the truth: She leaves the knife there.
It is your choice to pull the knife out, and face the pain in your wounds of weakness or remain a coward, fear the pain and leave the knife deep in your flesh.
If you pull out the knife, you will be liberated. You will wear scars of honour and memories of battle etched on your skin.
But if you leave it there, you will suffer paralysis and death by asphyxiation.
Reject disrespect.
Stay hard!
Men,
If your 5 closest friends are entrepreneurs, you will be the sixth.
If your 5 closest friends are drunkards, you will be the sixth.
If your 5 closest friends are fit, you will be the sixth.
Be the right sixth.
Choose the right 5.
FOCUS!

Men,
A person who met you 5 Years ago, should get inspired when they meet you today.
- Clear, better purpose.
- Solid energy.
- Bullet confidence.
- Healthy frame.
A MAN is like WINE, his value grows with age.
Don't stagnate. Be in motion.
FOCUS!
#MasculinitySaturday
Men,
At the end of the day,
The people you were entertaining will abandon you when all goes down.
They will say, "Did we ask you to entertain us?"
You will discover that you are alone.
So, focus on your purpose.
A MAN has himself, and that is enough.
#MasculinitySaturday
Men,
Always wake up the first one in your house.
Don't allow your woman to wake up before you.
This is losing your frame as a man.
#MasculinitySaturday
Men,
A man sleeps on the WINDWARD side of the bed.
He closes the door at bedtime and opens the door at dawn.
He wakes up at night to confirm the safety of the babies and the security of his house.
Your woman's role is to sleep! — on the LEEWARD side.
#MasculinitySaturday
BRO to BRO: When a bro invites you to his table, don't plot to take away the table.
You will win in the short term, but you will be the loser in the long term.
#ThursdayBro
There is nothing that has no solution.
Your pain,
Your losses,
Your struggles,
— are all temporary!
You are not the first one to suffer the pain.
There is a solution.
So, calm down, relax, breathe in, breathe out.
Go sleep.
You will overcome.
Tomorrow will be better.
Why do you share your plans with people who have built nothing?
You speak to soon.
You spill the seeds before the soil is ready.
Protect your vision.
Silence is not weakness, it is COMMAND.
Seal your mouth!
Work in silence.
For those of you who continually tell me that Kenya isn’t a football country, take one look at Kasarani today. Roaring!
Kenya is a football country whose football was taken away from it by incompetent corruption. But there is so much potential for Kenya in football!
