@payfixy Dear Payfixy,
This is to notify you that I used your service to make payment for my drivers licence and there was an error in verification.
Kindly find attached error message and transaction receipt for your perusal.
Thank you for your swift response.
@payfixy Sorry. But I don't agree. Going to 3 weeks since I made 3 payments to NIS via Payfixy. Of the 3, the 3rd is unresolved till today.
E-Bills receipts indicate that each transaction was credited to Beneficiary's (Payfixy's) Zenith account.
How long till Payfixy refunds my money?
@cenbank Dear @cenbank@ZenithBank@payfixy on 23rd of may 2025 tried paying for drivers lincence via my zenith card and the payment was decline even though i was debited.zenith bank is insisting the payment was successfull and payfixy claim the payment was unsuccessful. Kindly interven
@payfixy a payment was made for new drivers license since yesterday , after successfully paid the total required amount, it so sad that my payment wasn’t confirmed by you since yesterday and it yet to reflect on my acknowledgment slip and this not the first time @payfixy
Good morning Twitter family, please help me get this to the right authorities by liking, retweeting, and tagging relevant bodies.
On July 7, 2025, I made a ₦52,000 payment via GTBank using the Payfixy USSD code provided on the NIS portal for my teenage @gtbank@payfixy
I emailed Payfixy @payfixy again this morning, and now they claim they can’t trace the payment and they refuse to admit that their USSD code is active, even though it is clearly on the NIS portal.
I am tired of being sent back and forth. ₦52,000 is not pocket change.
After several emails with Payfixy, they claimed their backend team said the USSD code on the NIS portal is inactive. That was shocking because I tested it again, and it's still active. I sent them a screenshot, and since then, they’ve stopped responding to my emails. @payfixy
@nigimmigration Good morning is it that the person handing this social here doesn't see things happening Abi you guys are also in partnership with the fraudulent act
@nigimmigration Bcos I see no reason why you won't react to people's complaints on your portal and on your social people are been scammed as we speak of their hard earn money on your portal and nothing is done about it, which means u know full well this guy's are scammers
