フォックスコンがスペースXからAIサーバーに関する大型契約を獲得したことで、関連事業の勢いは予想以上に加速するだろう。

フォックスコン（2317）は、スペースX向けAIサーバーの製造契約を初めて獲得し、新たな大型AI受注を勝ち取った。スペースXのイーロン・マスクCEOは、NVIDIA GB300チップを搭載したAIサーバーラックを1万3000台以上製造する計画だ。1ラックあたり約400万米ドルと見積もられ、総額は520億米ドル（約1兆7000億台湾ドル）に達すると見込まれている。フォックスコンがこのプロジェクトを受注するのは今回が初めてであり、同社の事業規模は大幅に拡大することになる。

フォックスコンはこれまで北米の大手クラウドサービスプロバイダーから受注を獲得していたものの、スペースXからの受注はなかった。世界一の富豪であるスペースXとの提携により、フォックスコンはこれまでデルとスーパーマイクロという2つのアメリカ企業が独占していたスペースXのAIサーバー製造受注を打破し、世界の大手クラウドサービスプロバイダー（CSP）からの受注獲得という重要なピースを完成させた。

フォックスコンはこれまで個々の顧客の注文状況や動向についてコメントしたことはないが、同社のAIサーバー事業は現在、受注量が好調であることを強調している。

フォックスコンの劉陽偉会長は以前、同社の世界AIサーバー市場におけるシェアが2026年までに40%を超えるとの見通しを示しており、AIラックの出荷台数は年間を通じて倍増し、年末まで四半期ごとに���加すると予想している。現在、クラウドネットワーキング製品、特にAIサーバーは、フォックスコンの4大製品ラインの中で最大のカテゴリーであり、この割合は今後も上昇し続けると見込まれている。

アナリストらは、劉陽偉氏が以前示したAI事業の売上高見通しには、SpaceXからのAIサーバー製造受注が含まれていなかったと指摘している。マスク氏による520億ドル規模のAIサーバー買収と、それに伴うFoxconnの製造受注により、FoxconnのAI事業の勢いは予想以上に強まり、規模も拡大するだろう。

SpaceXは今年もコンピューティング能力の拡大を続けており、GB300の発注数は約13,000コンテナに上方修正されたとみられる。納入時期は今年末から来年第1四半期の間と見込まれている。このため、SpaceXはAIサーバーの製造についてFoxconnと協議を行った。

SpaceXはコンピューティング能力の拡大を続ける一方で、コンピューティング能力のリースサービスも開始している。最近では、米国国防総省がAIモデルを導入するのを支援するため、AIデータセンターのコンピューティング能力を同省に提供する協議を行っている。

さらに、SpaceXはここ数ヶ���でAnthropicやGoogleとも同様の契約を締結しており、クラウドコンピューティングサービス事業を大幅に拡大する計画だ。

フォックスコンは以前、今年の業績は2025年と比較して成長すると予測しており、見通しは予想以上に良好だ。同社は今年について慎重ながらも楽観的な見方を維持している。AIサーバーの量産の恩恵を受け、フォックスコンの第1四半期の税引き後純利益は499億1900万台湾ドルとなり、同期間の過去最高を記録した。これは前四半期比10%増、前年同期比19%増で、1株当たり利益は3.56台湾ドルだった。

フォックスコンの主要子会社であるフォックスコン・インダストリアル・インターネット（FII）は、先日2026年上半期の利益予測を発表した。AIサーバーへの強い需要に牽引され、同社は第2四半期の親会社帰属純利益が128億元から138億元にな���と予想しており、これは前年同期比で86%から101%の増加となる。
