Checking the FB groups confirms this. If you ordered the last 3 months and match you are getting your car now otherwise dates given are August/September. Not sure what to make of it

Met a guy who ordered a Y in February in a Scottsdale. They recently told him it won’t arrive until October. Either TSLA is sold out at full capacity or the chip shortage is limiting production.

He may get a Taycan instead, delivery in October (he was early on waitlist).

@Ryanth3nerd @Tesla Moving lumbar was removed only in front passenger seat of 3/Y (obv not there in rear seats). Logs showed almost no usage. Not worth cost/mass for everyone when almost never used.
