In the past 3 lessons, I have learned the importance of understanding the digital age and how its complex and dynamic structure has changed the way society functions. Multi-tasking, Multi-media and Connectivism are topics that have interested me so far in this course #EM203Robin
@EM203atownsend Hi Alexandra, one of the issues you brought up about health is how much junk food we have available. So much of our food is processed so that it can last on shelves or during its distribution. Its so hard to eat healthy when it's so expensive to do so!
@Em203cbroda Hey Claudia, I liked your concept map regarding the environment. The issue of endangered species is completely looked past until some of our favourite species enter the list. Did you know 3/9 Giraffe species are now considered extinct? #EM203problems
@EM203RKharazi Hey Robin, this class has certainley opened up my eyes and showed me how many different methods we can use to learn! The exercises we did last week showed me how easy it is to learn sudoko with just a bit of motivation, determination... and of course... the Internet!
@EM203JMcBride Hey Jasmine. Behaviourism is definitely an important learning technique that is used in the dissemination of knowledge all around us! Its crazy how technology enables us to learn things such as a verse of a song in German. Congrats!
@EM203bbeynon Hey Brittany! I definitely agree with you. Hands on learning is definitely among the best ways to learn, allowing you to be engaged and fully understand the materials at hand.
@corrado_amanda Hey Amanda, I cannot believe we are in our fourth week now! The cartoon exersize was an awesome way to express ourselves through such creative means!
@DanielleMarsala Hi Danielle, I am also excited to learn more about how the digital age has revolutionized communication and reflect on how we learn on a daily basis!
In the first 3 weeks of the class, I have learned about multiple different approaches to learning theory. We have also explored the many different ways that the Internet has impacted how we learn! #EM203Robin
