The Federal government in Canada has taken over control of the vaccine injury support program.

The first thing they did was rename it to the "Vaccine Impact Assistance Program".

Because according to the Orwellian New-Speak, it's no longer vaccine *injury*. It's vaccine "impact".

And, based on a recording from the father of a kid who died after receiving the Pfizer shot, it seems a clerk at the new "Vaccine Impact Assistance Program" may have accidentally admitted to rampant fraud and corruption within the former program, under which it seems to they squandered the majority of the $50 million in federal funds given to compensate the vaccine injured.

In the ultimate insult to injury, the vaccine injured - who have been waiting YEARS for compensation, are now being told to RE-FILE their claims.

SHOCKER OUT OF CANADA:

I think the clerk working for the government of Canada’s new jab “impact” program may have accidentally let slip more than she intended with respect to the previous company that was governing jab injury claims.

After saying “I can’t say what I found” in her review of the prior program, she proceeds tell Dan Hartman to RE-FILE his claim.

That this time, she says, it’s going to be a “real doctor” who reviews his claim.

A “real doctor”? Who exactly was reviewing claims previously?

Recall, Dan’s son, Sean, passed away 33 days after taking his first Pfizer jab.

He was 17.

Dan filed his claim years ago. It was initially rejected. He filed an appeal three years ago, and has heard nothing since.

Now the program has been taken over by the federal government because of things that this clerk “cannot say” were going on under the prior program administration.

And he is being told to start his application from scratch.

This is absurd and horrendous.

PHAC sent vaccine injured Canadians a letter saying current claims will NOT be cancelled and existing claim numbers will still be used.

So why was I told to reapply?

I became paralyzed from the chest down days after my COVID shot. Doctors confirmed it. I have already waited 4 years.

How do you tell a paralyzed claimant to start over while sending out letters saying the exact opposite?

Canada needs to explain this.

Next Monday, January 26, 2026, Dan Hartman's case is going to the Ontario Court of Appeal.

This is the case of the year.

For those who don't know, Dan's 17-year-old son Sean Hartman took a Pfizer COVID vaccine just to play hockey. Shortly after taking 1 shot, Sean was found dead in his room. Yes, the pandemic is over, but for Dan Hartman and countless others like him, their lives were changed FOREVER. Now they need our support as they seek answers and accountability from both the pharma companies and Government agencies.
