This is not a line outside a poll site.
This is a line of Harris volunteers filling up six buses on W. 62nd St., headed to PA this a.m.
This is why we are gonna win it.
If you're someone who's concealing your Harris vote from people in your life, even from people in your own home, just know that SO MANY of us are cheering for your choice. Take heart and vote your conscience.
When I was on line to vote yesterday in North Carolina , there was a poll worker making an announcement that " Only one person is allowed in the booth and husbands and wives MAY NOT go in together."
Wow. ( This is 2024, right? )
And God Bless you, Sir.
@harrylitman It goes WAY beyond Dobbs. Women have heard the GOP rhetoric that insists they are subordinate to men, are worthless except as baby-producing vessels, and shouldn't even be allowed to vote. We are not going back.
If Trump loses, Republicans will unite to blame one single ugly joke about Puerto Rico, because it will be too painful to face the truth about Dobbs, January 6, and the toxic repulsiveness of the MAGA movement.
Can't stop thinking about that Selzer Iowa poll. You could be voting in a battleground state, no matter where you are, without knowing it. Show up accordingly.
Sen. Raphael Warnock tells @NBCNews Trump's 'protect women' comment "sounds rather ominous coming from the mouth of a convicted sexual predator. We don't need a predator, we need a president in the Oval Office, and that person is clearly Kamala Harris."
If Selzer is correct, and the rest of the polls are off, then we need to have a reckoning for how the media was deliberately creating a situation that would fuel conspiracy theories and violent riots. This is the third time in eight years. People's careers need to end over this.
Trump just said he wouldn’t mind if the press gets shot while talking about gaps in the bulletproof glass around him.
“I don't have a piece of glass there…and to get me somebody would have to shoot through the fake news & I don't mind that much. I don't mind that.”
I wrote a review for the new issue of @still_journal. So check out my piece (on Kirsten Reneau’s debut essay collection, Sensitive Creatures) and then spend some time with this great-looking final issue of a wonderful journal! https://t.co/rkRDbgdHKi
