This isn't a typical staff role. It's a unique, limited-term, part-time fellowship for an EA in the first few years of their career who plans to build their own tax practice — and who would benefit from doing so alongside an experienced practitioner.

The recipient will gain experience across the full range of tax practice: return preparation, tax planning, IRS representation, and U.S. Tax Court litigation. They will also receive 1:1 coaching on building their own tax practice.
