Only. $5K fine and no prison time. While she was a first time offender with no criminal history, she had a much more thorough & clear understanding of what she was doing and the severity of it and had ALL the advantages/"privileges" to know how wrong it was.
This sends the wrong message. $5K is not a strong enough deterrent to prevent her or others from doing the same.

If the brother utilized that address as his home address, if he’s on probation/parole at that address (most likely) since he’s on bail. And or if he’s previously been released and waved his 4th amendment rights as part of his release (state specific)
