So sky are excelling in their ability to be completely useless. No engineer on Friday, in fact none until the 2nd January. Same fault happened on Saturday and again this morning. Will they do anything? Not holding my breath. @SkyHelpTeam what now?
@SkyHelpTeam This is after several months of a non working phone line and Internet speed well below the promised level. Its been one mess up after another.
I used to think that @Virgin were not great when it came to customer service. 4 months with @skyUK and I now can't wait to be back with them!! @SkyHelpTeam can you help? Your phone team certainly can't!!
@ virginmedia just tried to phone to discuss my current contract, get past the security and apparently your system is down and I need to call back in 2 -3 hours. Staff have no way of taking my details and calling me back. Do you no longer know what a pen and a piece of paper is?

Really disappointed with the @nextofficial home delivery. Missed my first one because they ran so late. Now waiting in for a second time and they are over an hour late again. Not sure why they give you a 2 hour delivery slot!
