The translation app on Canva is such an easy tool to use to translate your content. To use:
1. Upload or create your content in Canva
2. Select translate in apps (left nav)
3. Choose which language you want to translate to then press translate!

When a student doesn’t turn in an assignment that is being graded, it doesn’t mean that no learning has taken place. How do we ensure that learning has happened and go beyond the grade to help students see the relevance in being an active participant in their growth?
If a formal observation is the first time you are in a teachers classroom, then put the evaluation form away. Just observe the greatness of your teacher, then leave a note of thanks, praise or encouragement. Relationships first!
