Last night three police dogs from Merseyside suffered injuries on duty whilst assisting with the violent disorder that took place in #Southport. PD Zoe & PD Ike sustained leg injuries from bricks thrown at them, and PD Quga who was bitten, strangled and kicked by an offender at the beginning of this month at a separate incident, suffered further injuries yesterday evening, with burns to her back leg. Thank you for your bravery PDs Zoe, Ike and Quga, we're wishing you a speedy recovery. 💙🇬🇧🐶
I'm literally begging now I just want to see or hear from my son. Please if any has seen him or knows of his whereabouts please get in touch.

Luton captain Tom Lockyer explains how his newly-fitted defibrillator will 'give him a shock' if his heart-rate goes outside of the normal parameters 💭
Great interview with Tom Lockyer on @GMB with @susannareid100 & @edballs - important message about raising the awareness of CPR and another important message around ICD’s. This interview will help those people, who experience anxiety whilst being offered an ICD. The way Tom articulated himself was marvellous. As a footnote many of our community name their ICD, what’s yours called. #BeatHF @LutonTown
