@TUIUK Appalling lies, you said our refund would take 3-5 days, it is now double that and we were supposed to be flying today! I see you’re telling people on here it will take 28 days. Why weren’t you honest?? Legally you have 14 days to refund me or I will be going to the CAA!

@British_Airways appalling customer service - still waiting on some correspondence to get my Avios back after you cancelled our flight in March!!! We submitted the claim in June but NOTHING! Ref 21841348.
