Also I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again, the fact a landlord can claim their mortgage interest as a tax deduction but a renter can’t tax deduct their rent - is a form of class warfare, especially when it’s the renter who is paying their mortgage.

The initial (illegal) gas check said ‘safe if the window is always open. Took two years to get another check and it to be taken seriously
