Wesley Bell voted against limiting Trump's involvement in the war in Lebanon. Don't believe him when he talks about standing up to Trump, he can't even stand up to AIPAC.
Here are the 117 Democrats who voted with Republicans against Rashida Tlaib's Lebanon war powers resolution.
Thomas Massie was the one Republican to join 91 Democrats — who all bucked party leadership — in voting for it.
Our government is supplying Israel with white phosphorus bombs that melt human flesh to the bone. These bombs are targeting civilians, schools, hospitals, and places of worship. The U.S. must end its complicity in these war crimes, and pass the Lebanon War Powers Resolution.
I picked the wrong weekend to visit family and am gonna miss this 😭
Super excited that Bowman and Rashida are coming to town to support Cori though!! 🫡
SUNDAY JUNE 14TH:
It’s time to fight on!
With just over two months to Election Day, we need all hands on deck!
Join Cori Bush, Rashida Tlaib, and Jamaal Bowman in St. Louis to raise grassroots money to send a true fighter for progressive values and everyday people back to Congress.
Come together with volunteers and supporters in Midtown STL at Luxe Clothing Store on Locust St. to raise funds for Cori as she fights to defeat AIPAC, Big Pharma, ICE contractors, war profiteers, and other right-wing lobbies that are lining up to back politicians who won’t fight back against Trump's MAGA agenda.

@vexyaoi@harbingerofwoke Calling Gramsci opportunist is hilarious... Making sense of the failure to achieve worldwide revolution while rotting away in a fascist prison only for someone to come by a century later and accuse him of being opportunistic on Twitter
Right on cue, AIPAC is complaining that it is antisemitic to want to know if AIPAC money is secretly backing a candidate.
This is after spending $5M+ through a fake super PAC to prop up Stevens without their finger prints.
Nobody is saying you can’t donate to candidates. Just do it openly and honestly so voters can make informed decisions on who to vote for.
Congratulations to SMC member @DrSusanLK for this historic appointment. Building a city that works for working people requires having champions of working-class politics like Susan at the helm.
MoveOn has built a grassroots movement fueled by everyday people, and I’m excited to have their support as I run to return to Congress.
Together, we’re building an infrastructure to protect our voting rights, fight back against Trump, and ensure that our political and economic system answers to the people, not corporations or the wealthy few.
We’ll keep building our progressive movement to make sure we win our race on August 4th.
I have never voted for a candidate in my life.
But I will be voting for Bernie Sanders in the democratic primary and the general election. If I’m doing that, there are probably tens of millions in that same position.
Let me explain why I’m doing this now:
Just saw I Love Boosters with some of my DSA comrades and the whole theater burst out in cheers at the dialectical materialism mentions. fantastic film, run do not walk to go see it
@CaioAlmendra@ryangrim Obviously it's possible and of course the US can pressure Israel if it wants, it has all the actual leverage. But US politicians have been afraid to go against the wishes of the Israeli state and the Israeli lobby constantly, especially over the past 40+ years.
