• Avoids rushed rules that could hurt innovation long-term
Cons:
• Other countries (EU with MiCA, Singapore, UAE) already have clear frameworks
• Builders and capital keep looking overseas
• Every week of delay is a week America risks falling behind
President Trump is right — the U.S. must lead in crypto. Clear rules, strong dollar, deepest markets, and freedom to innovate. That’s the winning combination.
Let’s get this done before the August recess. America first in digital assets.
