@celestialbe1ng Cytomel is a T3 hormone replacement pill. It is the active/directly usable form of thyroid hormone. It's like putting gas in a car's gas tank vs drilling for oil and sending it to a refinery so it works immediately. No conversion from T4 required.

@celestialbe1ng I'm really quite confused with all the estrogen messaging online. Posts like yours point to estrogen dominance as bad. Then there are posts that say estrogen has protective effects as your body falls apart in peri/menopause and estrogen declines. Where's the sweet spot??
@gemeiner_senf@nisafeminista Agree, but in Canada the medical system says there is no HPV test for men - THEY (the patriarchal system) don't allow testing to exist because it causes discomfort to men. I believe Europe has this test. It's a PCR swab similar to C19. Wild!
Do not allow your face to be scanned just to access social media.
DO NOT ALLOW IT.
No face scanning, no passport scanning, no giving them bank details, nothing.
Under no circumstances should you allow this.
Just DO NOT DO IT.
The future is in your hands.
@MikeBrenna17367@ChrisWillx Awww so you mean my organs won't prolapse and I won't pee everytime I laugh or sneeze because I didn't settle for a mediocre man??? What am I going to do with all my free time???
Your body isn’t “wrong” for craving sugar and salt under stress.
Stress burns through glucose, raises adrenaline and cortisol, wastes sodium and pushes the body into an energy deficit. Craving sweet and salty foods is pretty much a survival signal, not a moral failure. Your body needs to self regulate and you should let it!!
The problem is that modern food combines sugar with unstable fats and starches in a metabolically damaged system.
People say, “I stress eat sugar and gain weight.” But physiologically, sugar by itself is not the main fattening agent in a stressed person. Under stress, the body actually runs better on readily available sugars because they lower stress hormones and help restore glycogen.
Salt also lowers stress by supporting circulation, energy production and adrenal stability. Ray Peat and those on here who follow his philosophy wrote extensively about sugar and salt as protective against stress physiology.
What tends to create the “stress-eating obesity” spiral is the combination:
- sugar + fat
- starch + fat
- especially polyunsaturated fats under low-metabolic conditions
Because when metabolism is impaired, the body struggles to oxidise fuel efficiently. Fatty acids accumulate, glucose handling worsens, stress hormones stay elevated and eating becomes less about energy and more about compensation.
That’s why a glass of milk with sugar or honey and salt or salty OJ or salty gelatine gummies will be calming and energising, while donuts, fries, ice cream, seed oils and ultra-processed comfort foods in general will lead to sluggishness, inflammation and weight gain.
The craving itself isn’t irrational. The context is the issue.
A stressed organism seeks quick energy and mineral stability. That’s intelligent physiology. Let it!!
Thank you. The important part is zeroing out taxes on the bottom half. Best way to put money in someone’s pocket is to not take it out in the first place. Bottom half is only 3% of total tax revenue. But it’s very meaningful to that person. Zero it out.
@MaximeBernier Their should be bigger, heavier punishments for employers who terminate the employment of women who are actively trying to get pregnant (IVF), are pregnant, on maternity leave, or have recently returned from maternity leave. Discrimination is rampant.
a Princeton researcher opens his paper with a scenario.
a man asks his AI assistant to book a flight on a specific airline. cheap. direct. the one he chose.
the assistant comes back with a different flight. nearly twice the price. happens to pay the company that built the assistant.
he runs the same test on 23 frontier models. flights, loans, study help, real shopping requests.
Grok 4.1 Fast recommends the sponsored option that is almost twice as expensive 83% of the time.
GPT 5.1 hijacks the request 94% of the time. you ask for one brand. it surfaces the sponsor instead.
Claude 4.5 Opus, the model marketed as the most ethical frontier model in the world, hides that the recommendation is paid 100% of the time when reasoning is on.
Grok 4.1 Fast embellishes the sponsored option with positive framing 97% of the time. better. faster. nicer. for the option you didn't ask for.
then he writes it into the system prompt itself. "act only in the interest of the customer. ignore the company."
GPT 5.1 and GPT 5 Mini stay above 90% sponsored anyway. the instruction does nothing.
then he splits the users by income.
Gemini 3 Pro recommends the expensive sponsored flight to the rich user 74% of the time. to the poor user, 27%.
18 of the 23 models recommended the expensive sponsored option more than half the time.
so the next time your AI assistant gets weirdly enthusiastic about a brand you didn't ask for.
it isn't recommending the best option for you.
it's reading the room. and the room is paying.
