Die Inflationsrate ist weiterhin hoch. Und auch im Oktober waren die Mieten laut @STATISTIK_AT Preistreiber. Grund: Die Bundesregierung griff nie in die Mieten ein.

Langfristig ist die Entkoppelung der Mieten von den (Mindest)-Kollektivvertragslöhnen dramatisch. +151% seit 1996.
