THIS IS NOT A JAB AT ANYONE IN PARTICULAR.

I feel like so many people don't bother with some of the "under the hood" parts of making an avatar. Primarily when it comes to optimization. So many people forget to even touch the optimization methods out there.

It genuinely is (although tedious) one of the most rewarding parts of making an avatar for me! Even though I would not consider myself a "expert" at optimization, I'm far from it. It's always fun though to learn new ways to make my creations more put together and "professional" in a way.

It always makes me really sad to see when someone (AGAIN IM NOT SAYING ANYONE IN PARTICULAR.) makes a beautiful avatar but then the stats scare me. I recently have been comparing it to getting a nice fancy car and taking care of it's exterior, but never bothering to get their oil changed. What's the point of making a beautiful work of art when it's only beautiful when you look at it from the front?

Again, I'm not trying to take a jab at anyone, this is not me attempting to call anyone out. If anything I want this to be a inspirational post for people to look into learning more optimization methods, b/c it's genuinely so much more fun to learn than you think.

Below I'll go ahead and link some really easy methods of optimization that you can learn in a day, that will drastically help your stats! (They're my personal bread and butter for optimization)
