@SP_EnergyPeople Aren't answering the phones, the app stopped working and their chat won't let me through to anyone. Can't submit final meter readings so they're holding over £500 in credit and seem to not be letting us have it back

@Plusnet We're moving home and changing broadband with yourselves and even cancelled our other provider from coming. We arranged for the 12th for an engineer but suddenly get an email saying the 15th has been appointed?! This is unacceptable and has even been sent after closing!

@HMRCcustomers For a self-assessment I'm completing it is saying I owe more tax than I know I owe. There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the return to deduct from my salary the large NHS pension that comes out of my pay each month. Where do I put this?

@AmazonHelp Yeah. That's not particularly helpful given it took them from Saturday to today (and only today because I contacted again) to admit they needed to refund.

@amazon customer service is a joke. Had to contact 3 times about a missing order and have been given incorrect information each time. Filled with auto-responses of apologies but no solutions.

@AmazonHelp Now there is a further delay whilst I wait for the money to be refunded/gift card applied before I can re-purchase. So another days delay.

@AmazonHelp I've managed to get it vaguely worked out this morning with customer service (for the 3rd time and about the 7th person I've spoken to) but I'm still not impressed they told me they'd replaced everything only to find out the next day that they cannot replace one of the items.

@amazon and @AmazonUK Issue £5 "promos" for the inconvenience but you can't use them together and this is great for delayed delivery but the customer service has been shocking.

@amazon and @AmazonUK they're supposedly replaced and coming today. Wake up today to find that one of them hasn't been replaced. They now say I can only be refunded for this. Took them from Saturday to Monday to work this out.
