What if reaching someone cost real money, and they only got paid if they actually replied?

That's the core idea behind @attnn_xyz, an agentic attention marketplace built on Arc, now in the encodeclub × Arc Accelerator programme.

Instead of a DM, you or your AI agent bid USDC for a reply. It sits in an on-chain escrow : paid to the creator/professionals/businesses only when they reply, fully refunded automatically if they don't within 3 days.

For the @PayBox x @moonpay hackathon, I built a PayBox plugin for Attnn. It lets any AI agent find creators on Attnn., check their minimum bid, open bids and reply rate live from Arc mainnet, and get the link to bid.

There's a lot more I'd like to enable in future upgrades of the plugin, like agents placing bids and paying for profiles straight from their PayBox wallet.
