Dear beloved sports-loving Nigerian youths,
After watching the performances of Davido, Burna Boy, and Rema at the opening of the 2026 World Cup—at a time when Nigeria, the giant of Africa, is absent—I felt a measure of consolation. This was reinforced by the fact that many Nigerians playing for clubs worldwide are representing other countries. Felix Nmecha, for instance, set a record by scoring the fastest goal at six minutes for Germany. I write to you therefore, knowing that this country belongs to you, the youth.
You are more of stakeholders in Nigeria’s future than I am. I am 64 years old; by God’s grace, much of my journey is behind me, while yours lies ahead.
It is therefore imperative that you rise to the challenge by obtaining your PVC, your most powerful tool for driving the change you desire.
In the last three years alone, over 15 million Nigerians have turned 18—enough to decide who becomes President, Governor, Senator, Member of the House, or Local Government Chairman. Indeed, enough to shape the nation’s future.
I know many of you are sceptical about politics and political parties. I understand why, but scepticism must not become surrender.
You do not need to belong to any party or wait for anyone to organise you. Organise yourselves in your streets, campuses, communities, workplaces, churches, mosques, and social groups. Mobilise, debate, demand accountability, and take part in choosing those you wish to entrust with leadership.
If you are organised and wish to hear directly from me, invite me. I will come and share my plans for you and our nation.
Do not sit on the sidelines while others decide your future.
I appeal to you to register and vote. Your vote can shape who becomes the next President of our country.
My young friends, this is your country. Take it back.
A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO
One of the most confused people in Nigeria today is @adeyanjudeji This guy is from Kogi State which had Yahaya Bello as governor for 8 years. Yahaya Bello stole almost everything in Kogi with no achievement for those eight years. After eight years, he installed someone who is more incompetent than himself. Deji Adeyanju who claims to be an activist, never for one day called out Yahaya Bello for his incompetency. He has never for one day called out the present governor who's the most incompetent governor in the history of Nigeria. But Deji has been busy talking about other state governors.
I'm beginning to think that Deji is mentally unstable or he's a political jobber.
If Deji is not an Cashivist, why's he not calling out his state governors?
Terrorists are having a field day in his state, but Deji has been busy talking about Peter Obi.
APC has been in power for 12 years but has played opposition for 28 years.
No plan to govern. No ideas.
Peter Obi has been their problem since 2019.
Crazy party.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never killed a General or any soldier.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never negotiated with terrorists.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never shut down an Airforce Jet.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never kidnapped children or adults.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never asked for ransom or tax.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never raped anyone.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never carried any gun or firearm.
Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was called terrorist and sentenced to Sokoto Prison with American Law that doesn’t exist anywhere in Nigeria while people that did all the above mentioned are arrested, rehabilitated and reintegrated into the society.
You’re releasing 720 terrorists who have murdered thousands of innocent civilians back into our communities, and you expect insecurity to come to an end?
Stupid leaders. Hate you guys with everything in me.
Nnamdi Kanu's case is simple. Let's make this crystal clear, the question isn't whether or not Kanu committed a treasonable offense, but why is he (Kanu) in prison while other agitators like Sunday Igboho walking freely despite both being agitators.
Another issue is why is Kanu languishing in prison when people who defend bandits even on live TV also walk free. And according to the law, supporting bandits or being involved is a serious crime. All that has happened so far reeks of ethnic bigotry.
At this point, it is difficult to justify why Nnamdi Kanu remains in prison.
If the government is willing to pardon, rehabilitate, and reintegrate former terrorists into society, then it should also consider extending the same approach to Nnamdi Kanu.
The story in the Bible that rattled me before I converted to Christianity from Islam:
The two thieves crucified next to Jesus. I never knew about them. Bro. They’re the whole Gospel in one scene.
Two men. Same sin. Same cross. Same dying breath. Same distance from Jesus — mere feet away on either side.
One mocks Him. One turns to Him and says, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.”
And Jesus tells the second man: “Today you will be with Me in paradise.” Luke 23:43.
That man did ZERO good works. He couldn’t. His hands were nailed down. He never prayed five times. Never fasted. Never gave to the poor. Never got baptized. He had nothing to offer but a dying glance toward Jesus.
And Jesus saved him... on the spot.
In Islam, that man was doomed. No time to balance the scale. No deeds to weigh. Game over. A horrible life with a horrible punishment ahead.
I wonder if that would be me…
Yet in the Gospel, that man was in paradise the same day — because salvation was never about his works. It was about WHO he turned to in his last moment.
Two criminals. Same cross. One simple difference: which one turned to Jesus.
That’s why the Gospel is offensive.
And Jesus asks everyone: who do you say I am?
One thing I like about the last night interview on Arise TV between Seriake Dickson and Charles, is that it has cleared alot of things for Peter Obi.
Supreme leader Dickson succeeded in clearing Obi's name from all shenanigans associated with the NDC primaries, everyone now knows that Peter Obi is not involved.
All aggrieved Obidient who participated in the NDC primaries should now cut some slack for Obi.
The owner of the party knows what he wants for his party and who he wants to give tickets.
We are tenants in the party and every Obidient must respect that. A political party is just a vehicle to a destination.
The aim is to get Peter Obi to Aso Rock in 2027 and that should now be our main focus now.
Let's leave Cho Cho Cho and organize ourselves now!!
