@kandacesays @ShieldVoC @Uber_Support This is currently happening to me as well although I was never locked out of my account. In less than an hour today Uber said it was an error and then all of the sudden suspended me without a reason. I haven’t been able to use my account since nov 10.

@Uber_Support No one is explaining anything. I haven’t had access to my acct since Nov 10th. I haven’t been able to use anything & all of sudden today goes from oops, our system incorrectly blocked your acct to your acct has been suspended & for privacy reasons we can’t tell you anything!
