This patient had months of recurrent swelling, mechanical locking, and pain after daily use and activity. Notice the intraarticular loose body beneath the patellar tendon? Good catch @fe2rawi!

Ulnar sided wrist pain after a FOOSH, initial XRs read as normal. Point of maximal tenderness over pisiform. Sent patient back for Carpal Tunnel view. A great view to diagnose pisiform, hook of hamate and trapezium fractures.

Magical moment of the day: When I went with a learner to assess the patient with "vague" shoulder pain and asked the patient to simply put their hand on their head, only to have them say "The pain is gone!". The Shoulder Abduction Test. Highly specific for cervical radiculopathy.
