No reply….@STARReading would you know the answer to this question, or is it a marketing ploy similar to last year, just to get early renewals in & it won’t go up? - Putting it up would be a bad call regardless for bums on seats, but they’ve advised it’s frozen to a date/time.
@RFCSupport please can you provide some transparency around the season ticket price freeze & advise what the prices will be past the deadline?
Last season I felt it was misleading and a marketing ploy to get people to sign up early, when in reality, I didn’t need to rush, thanks

@rhysnbutcher 22nd May to the 6th June is effectively two weeks. It’s misleading to suggest prices were to go up from then. - Dont get me wrong, I’m all for the decision to maximise ST sales, but it is misleading. To be honest, I also didn’t realise the plan was interest free,so get your point
@H6533B@ReadingFC@RCouhig Generally speaking I’d agree with your point but going to the football is more than just watching a game to some people. Its more the point of misleading and pressuring people to renew within a 2 week deadline to avoid further cost implications when in reality they didn’t need to
@ReadingFC@RCouhig Just to also clarify, I am certainly all for having as many season ticket holders as possible, but it’s potentially put some fans in a financial position they didn’t need to be in, having to find the money within two weeks when in reality, they could have had a few more paydays
@ReadingFC@RCouhig This is a bit naughty on renewals Mr @RCouhig - Was this the marketing strategy all along, as you have never released the initially advised cost implications post the first deadline? People had to scramble around to find money before that initial deadline and they didn’t need to
@RCouhig@ReadingFC@ToddTrosclair You’ve missed a trick not getting the deal announced this week, Rob! That would’ve got more ticket sales & created an even bigger buzz!…However, here’s hoping it is a deal done, if so, welcome & hopefully you stick to your words to get this club back competing sustainably
↪️🇫🇷 France left out of their squad for Euro 2024: Michael Olise, Malo Gusto, Mo Simakan, Jean Clair Todibo, Axel Disasi, Mattéo Guendouzi, Jean-Philippe Mateys and Moussa Diaby… among others.
@BiscuitAnalytic The business plan was always going to be overly ambitious and not realistic, it was only done to spread the point deductions to keep us in the Championship and give us a fighting chance in the year we ultimately got relegated. To manage to get the EFL to agree to it all was smart
Not all drunk ideas are bad ideas 😅 Fair play @Ezzyezard89 and everyone else involved/who donated…Tough season but the way everyone’s united has been unbelievable & credit to the players/staff for turning it around despite crazy off field issues! Onwards & upwards! #readingfc
