On here again regarding @etihad as no one via phone or email seems to be wanting to speak to me. I made a complaint back in Jan & have had no response, I’ve been told through Twitter my case has been closed. They have charged me over £120 for a service they did not provide.
Don’t bother complaining to @etihad - advised someone will be in touch within 28 days and I’m now on day 33 with no contact on site. They clearly don’t care
Sent in a complaint about @etihad re my outgoing flight and I’ve not only not had a response but they’ve done the exact same problem on my return flight and expect me to pay to rectify it! Also no options for online chat anymore, only calling which I can’t do from abroad!
