Is this some kind of joke? My order @McDonaldsUK app order has been cancelled after waiting 1hr30mins on the prepared screen. Only for it to be picked up by a driver who I called to ask if they would make sure it was hot due to time waited & now its cancelled! @ubereats_uk

@UberUKI_Support I've spoken to customer service, they told me the order was cancelled because there was no courier available which isn't true as I called them and spoke to them as they were at the restaurant to ask to check the food was hot as it had been a long time!

Sick to death of asking @edfenergy to send out a replacement smart meter for the broken one they sent us. Only been waiting since summer! Supposedly sent one out at the end of November. Funny how it hasn't turned up and still getting fobbed off.

@edfenergy I've been through that several different times, nothing has been sent out. Last time we called we spoke to an agent they said something must be wrong somewhere and they would look into and then got deliberately cut off.
