@PaulGreenwell11 @_Christeeny_ @My_Metro It wasn’t vaping - just slightly hard to interpret phrasing - ‘he was puffing it in people’s faces’. He was literally spraying it through the carriage. And it wasn’t vaping, the stuff burned! Almost certainly pepper spray.
