@kaylalikespb I’ve liked almost everything, but my favorite might be “with those we love alive.” Just the style and tone of the story overall was really unique and poetic
I agree! I liked not being able to change the characters’ fundamental personalities. It added a degree of complexity to the revisions and made the characters feel more real
@kaylalikespb @JrSmeader I guess it's a limitation of the format. As much as you can influence the characters, they still must follow a trend in terms of personality and relations.
@ArihantKalidin1 I think it’s interesting when you remember that Alice is young and this is a story for children. It’s hard to remember how we used to think when we were kids!
As my sigils get washed away I’m starting to understand why Porpentine’s character must reapply hormones every few days. Is this symbolic of how we much constantly reaffirm our identity, lest we lose it?
@DiversionsJMT I noticed that wording seemed a bit weird too. I think it makes you think about how the connotation of “unlook” is different than “look away”
@JrSmeader honestly the “normal” text, it’s visually easier to read and it’s easier to understand it as a story, rather than piecing together the notes in the margins.
