@MadiSP4321 @JamieLeaLou NSAIDS before the pain starts is key. As soon as I feel my period starting I take them and then set an alarm and take them on schedule for the first few days. Ibuprofen doesn't work for me but Mefenamic acid or Ketorolac both work. Codeine if it's really bad. Good luck!
