If a named person in the MDT prescribes then they feel responsible. Ownership and accountability are core in competent care

It’s not just pharmacists taking abuse for the under 75s not being offered covid jabs. Quite a bit hostility amongst the 400 people we immunised on Saturday. Hard for the staff when they give up a day off to protect the vulnerable 🤷‍♀️
