Yesterday following a @HSTaskForce investigation, a Dominican Republic cocaine kingpin and leader of a D.R. based international drug trafficking organization was extradited from Colombia to Puerto Rico and is in custody to face narcotics trafficking charges filed in two separate indictments in Puerto Rico as well as money laundering charges in New Jersey.

During the Homeland Security Task Force investigation, law enforcement seized millions of dollars worth of cocaine and narcotics proceeds from his drug trafficking organization. Numerous other members of the organization have already been convicted.

Under this administration, federal law enforcement has the tools to find these high-profile drug lords and dismantle their organizations anywhere in the world, because we have a leader in @POTUS Trump who unified a permanent interagency task force across all 52 U.S. states and territories. #MakingAmericaSafe

BREAKING; DHS confirms to @FoxNews that a suspect arrested by police in Loudon County, VA on Thursday for selling fentanyl to students near a high school that had overdoses is a Salvadoran illegal alien who was caught and released at the Texas border during the Obama administration in 2016 and has had a deportation order since 2024.

Isaac Melendez-Carranza is charged with distributing fentanyl within 1,000 feet of a school and is being held without bond. Deputies found 100 fentanyl pills when they searched his home. 

The Loudon County Sheriff says investigators ID'd him as a dealer connected to overdoses of students at Park View High School in May 2026.

DHS says despite getting a deportation order in July 2024, the Biden admin DHS encountered him weeks later in VA in August 2024, but took no enforcement action against him.

BREAKING: I'm told by federal source that the suspect arrested in Fairfax County, VA for the stabbing murder of a mother near a jogging trail in Great Falls, VA is a Salvadoran illegal alien who was caught and released at the border by the Biden admin in El Paso, TX in April 2024. Fairfax County Police announced the arrest of 19-year-old Alexis Antonio Cedillos-Campos this morning in connection to the stabbing killing of Carmen Lizet Puch on Monday and released a photo of his arrest.

I've also included a photo of Cedillos-Campos from when he was in Border Patrol custody in 2024, courtesy of a federal source. NBC Washington reports Puch was 42-years-old and had a young daughter.
