The fact is, the match is filled with great candidates, and likewise there are a ton of great places to train. If the algorithm doesn’t go your way, its ok to be hurt, but please take some solace knowing that one day, you will look back and be grateful it worked out how it did.

1. No one expects anything from you in the first few weeks/month. Don’t come in with any notions other than that you are here to learn and you will find your pace. Your only competition is YOU.
@alizas_14 Trust your preparation! You got this. Go for a walk outside if you’re able! Think of something fun you will do after your exam and try to reframe those nervous feelings into excitement for the post-step freedom! Get some sunlight and stretching in the morning of!
