@GNRailUK We’ve been back at work a week and 4/5 days the two trains from Cark to Ulverston have been cancelled before the 17.24. Why is this? It’s boiling hot and having to wait nearly 2 extra hours (especially on a Friday) is ridiculous!

Cannot believe the horrifying customer service we’ve had from @bookingcom this Summer. They cancelled our accommodation 3 days before arrival with 0 explanation or replacement. Said they’d ‘triggered’ a refund, but have now deleted all of our messages we’re still missing £700.
