@acroll Maybe acknowledge if the context isn't one where shamelessness is not the default. Not apologize/defend though. There is a time for shamelessness. If you make those choices appropriately, (it think) it's fine. If you're shameless all the time... There's other issues!
Let's not forget that Ford had no issue giving 73 MPPs on his side of the House a pay bump of $16,000.
But education workers earning $40,000 or less are greedy and unreasonable?
Make it make sense, @fordnation.

I have been voting in elections for 52 years, often holding my nose to vote for the least offensive. Not this year when I voted enthusiastically for @cmckenney to become #Ottawa's next Mayor. Their ideas, strength, and decency are precisely what Ottawa desperately needs today.
#Ottawa's new police chief was part of the RCMP team who arrested journalists covering Wet’suwet’en and misrepresented what was happening in the territory. Doesn't inspire a ton of confidence for transparency, something deeply lacking in our police force.
So Diane Deans got removed from Police Services Board because she and the board hired Chief Sloly’s replacement “without consulting City council”, and yet now the board is hiring new chief before election because they don’t need to involve City Council. Am I getting this right?
Every library is special. Every library has its own stories. But we truly believe that people make each one unique. 💙 A big shout-out to you, library workers!
