Do not use @bookingcom you are not protected from cancellations. They lie to you and no one takes ownership. They direct you to a customer service number which charges you and place you on hold for ages. I will never use again!! Stick to Airbnb always!!!!!

@bookingcom what a horrible experience I have had booking a villa in Ibiza with you. Your customer support is awful I have been passed pillar to post and still not resolved. Apparently there are no senior members of staff available to speak to. Very disappointed, stay away!

@flybe The attendant at the gate said the Flybe has different luggage restrictions than other airlines? This has now caused delays and a lot of furious passengers who have also been charged for ‘oversize luggage’. I think you may have lost 50% of this flights repeat custom.

@flybe your luggage restrictions are a joke and the demand of £50 there and then at the gate is disgusting. I’ve never had issues with this case before and now it doesn’t meet your ‘requirements’. Money making scam. Don’t fly with Flybe. I won’t be again.
