@virginmedia Thank you for trying to help. Well I was told broadband would be fixed by 3pm and then 8pm today. None of which have. And sadly when I try to check the status. I get this

@virginmedia I've sadly not had broadband/TV for over 24 hours now. Your customer service team just havent been helpful on the phone and a bit rude. I keep being told times of when our broadband will be fixed, when it's not. Plus we are paying £100 for this broadband. we are just not happy
