Parenting a child with severe anxiety is heart-wrenching. Not giving into the anxiety and letting the poor kid struggle may help long-term but it hurts SO bad in the short-term. 😢

Parental observation... it's the kids that are constantly messing up that seem to more freely accept and give out grace.

I've been reminded this week of how much God uses each one of us in unique ways if we are willing. I wish we (myself included) focused so much more on the beautiful giftedness of our friends, church family and family members, as opposed to dwelling on the flaws and struggles.
